I just want to thank your company and especially the service technician who just came to service both my aircon  units. He was spot on time, very polite and courteous and left the place clean which is rare for tradesmen these days. I unfortunately did not get the gentleman’s name but would like him recognized by the company for his A1 service. A pleasure these days and a rare breed to come across. I write this e-mail to you to extend a huge thank you and congratulations to both you and your staff for their professionalism throughout the entire process in having our new air conditioning system installed.

I began the quotation process on November 1, 2012 e- mailing every air conditioning installing company in the Blacktown and surroundining areas specified on the Daikin website. Your company was the first to bet back to me to respond to my e-mail and to attend my home for an appraisal and quotation. Sadly (I think on Daikin's behalf) the majority of the companies I e-mailed simply did not bother responding to me.

Of all the companies which provided quotes, your was the best. I wasn't guided by price alone, having chosen a Daikin which I have owned and trusted over many years over other, more affordable brands.

Aside from the ultimate quote, you were always happy to answer my numerous questions, no matter how relevant or irrelevant they were. I started out not knowing much about the latest in ducted air conditioning systems but soon became very comfortable with the knowledge and advice given to me that even rival companies who had submitted quotes were not up to date with!

Your installation was prompt, given that it was peak summer season. Your friendly installation team arrived at 7am on the dot this morning. They were very pleasant and professional in the manner in which they performed the installation. As a thank you, I had arranged for my wife to give each installation member a bottle of imported beer or two (take away of course for after work). They politely refused this token gesture.

My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the sheer proffesionalism of you and your team. Although your installation team was thanked at the conclusion of their installation, I would like you to pass on my thanks once again and to personally congratulate each of your installers to let them know that they have left a glowing impression of not only themselves, but your company in the matter in which they conducted themselves and performed the installation.

We could not be happier and we will be highly recommending your company to our friends and family members and will of course be using your company again for any other air conditioning requirements in the future.

Hi Steve

Thought it important to pass on how impress I have been with your company and staff. On Friday the 3rd we had an air conditioner installed by two very polite, helpful, competent young men. It seems so hard to get anything done correctly today. An example of not being able to get something done correctly.

Origin Energy had a promotion for air conditioners which I responded to, on three occasions they 'mucked up' the arrangements, that is when Icontacted you.

With minimum of fuss and everything done as I was told it would be, I now have a new air conditioner and feel good about meeting 'good' people.

So thank you and your staff for restoring my faith that sometimes systems work.

I have been meaning to contact you to say how grateful Warren and I are that you managed to fit our repairs in at such short notice.  Warren has asthma and the air conditioner is an essential part of our lives.

Brendon did a great job and it is working beautifully.  He is thorough, and always arrives on time or even early.  We have been using our company since we first acquired an air conditioner (a Carrier around 40 years ago), and your technicians have been excellent.

I just want to say a personal thank you for the professional installation job by your team.  Whilst I was not there in person, my dear wife informed me that they worked hard and were courteous.  So from a customer satisfaction experience, Winny would have rated them 9 out of 10.

Thank you too for your patience with us, as we go through the quotes.  We have many questions and your explanations were most helpful.  We also took up your recommendation to install the split against the brick wall rather than the mounted panel (where structurally it may not be strong enough). We decided to stay with the same company that installed the previous air conditioner (I don't know how long ago, you probably would have the records!).

We haven't yet tested the new air conditioners, but today, being a hot day, seems to be the day to do so.

I wish your company well and we will be more than happy to provide references to your customers. You deliver on what you promise.

Ben, Steve and Lucy where very helpful in completing our best priced quote, answering all our questions in a very timely and transparent fashion, and updating the quote before its final acceptance. Ben and his team worked well when installing our reverse cycle Daikin ducted air system, and were very transparent with the process and what was required. Drop sheets were used and house left reasonably clean, however, you are expected to remove items upfront and you must be prepared to vacuum afterwards (this is a tip).

Response was excellent and the delivery was when and how was described, including enough guys to complete the install on time. The job was a bit difficult, which other suppliers factored into their quote or said they would not do. Would recommend anyone to seriously consider Custom Air.
